Ingredients

  • 4 cups green grapes, cleaned
  • 1 cup Monk Fruit Sweetener, granulated
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 2-3 tsp citric acid (optional, for sourness)

Equipment

  • Sheet pan with parchment/mats
  • Mixing Bowls
  • Juicer

Method

  1. Cover a large baking dish or sheet pan with parchment paper. Clean the grapes thoroughly.
  2. Place grapes in a large bowl. Add lime juice and mix well. Let sit in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine monk fruit sweetener and citric acid.
  4. Remove grapes from the fridge. Roll each grape in the monk fruit mixture until fully coated.
  5. Transfer coated grapes to prepared baking sheet. Freeze for 2–3 hours before serving.

Notes

Citric Acid: Adds sour punch—optional but recommended.
Kid-friendly: Portion into freezer baggies for grab-and-go snacks.
Sweetener Options: Works with Swerve, Stevia, Erythritol, or even a Jolly Rancher-inspired syrup with cotton candy grapes.
Storage: Keep frozen in airtight container or freezer bag up to 1 month. Do not thaw—will become sticky.
