Method
- Cover a large baking dish or sheet pan with parchment paper. Clean the grapes thoroughly.
- Place grapes in a large bowl. Add lime juice and mix well. Let sit in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, combine monk fruit sweetener and citric acid.
- Remove grapes from the fridge. Roll each grape in the monk fruit mixture until fully coated.
- Transfer coated grapes to prepared baking sheet. Freeze for 2–3 hours before serving.
