Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash and slice the cucumbers into thin rounds.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cucumber slices with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Place the cucumber slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10–12 minutes or until crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let cool before serving.

Notes
