Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spray a medium baking dish with pan spray and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, diced onion, minced garlic, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1½–2 inch balls and place them in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the tops are lightly browned.

Notes

You can use regular breadcrumbs with 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning if you don’t have Italian breadcrumbs. Serve with pasta, rice, or roasted veggies for a complete meal.
