- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, nut butter, rolled oats, cinnamon, vanilla extract, maple syrup, chocolate chips, and salt. Stir until fully combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan, pressing it down into a flat, even layer. Sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top if desired.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the bars appear set.
- Let the bars cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares. Enjoy!
