Ingredients
  

Brazilian Mounjaro Base
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar raw, with the mother
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger or 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 8 oz filtered water warm or cold
Optional Add-Ins
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper or cinnamon
  • a few drops liquid stevia or honey to taste

Method
 

  1. Add lemon juice, ginger, and apple cider vinegar to a glass or jar.
  2. Pour in 8–10 oz of warm or cold water, based on your preference.
  3. Stir thoroughly or shake in a sealed mason jar until well combined.
  4. Drink immediately, preferably in the morning or 20–30 minutes before meals.
