- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo sauce, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Stir until fully combined.
- Spread mixture into a 1.5 qt baking dish. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Bake at 350°F uncovered for 15–20 minutes, until melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with blue cheese or ranch dressing. Serve warm with baguette slices, Fritos scoops, and/or carrots and celery.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for easy prep. Bake in a cast iron skillet to keep the dip warm longer. For extra heat, add hot sauce. Can be made in the oven, microwave, or slow cooker.
