Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 0.33 cup sugar
  • 16 oz caramel dip or thick caramel sauce
  • 0.5 cup toffee bits

Equipment

  • Mixer for beating cream cheese and sugar
  • Mixing bowl medium size for cream cheese mixture
  • Serving dish about 3-cup capacity

Method
 

  1. Place the cream cheese in a medium bowl and beat with a mixer until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the sugar and beat until thoroughly combined.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture into an even layer in a 3-cup serving dish.
  4. Pour the caramel dip or sauce over the cream cheese mixture and spread evenly.
  5. Top with toffee bits and serve with sliced apples.

Notes
