Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken apple sausages, sliced
  • 24 oz baby potato medley, chopped
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 2 small or 1 large broccoli crown, chopped
  • 3 tbsp olive oil, divided
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder, divided
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion powder, divided
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Chop potatoes and broccoli, and slice chicken sausages.
  2. Toss potatoes and carrots with 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread on a large sheet pan and roast for 20 minutes, mixing halfway through.
  3. While potatoes roast, toss broccoli with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Remove sheet pan, move potatoes and carrots to one side, and add broccoli on the other. Roast for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove pan, make room, and add sliced chicken sausage. Roast 20 minutes, mixing halfway through.
  6. Remove pan once again. Drizzle maple syrup over broccoli, potatoes, and carrots. Season with more salt and pepper if desired. Roast 10 more minutes.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy this hearty sheet pan dinner.
