Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (regular or gluten-free)
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (chocolate milk recommended)
  • 2-3 teaspoons peanut butter (or nut/seed butter)
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2-3 teaspoons maple syrup or honey (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 dash sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)

  • Small jar or sealable container
  • Spoon

Method
 

  1. In a small jar or sealable bowl, combine all ingredients and stir well.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Stir before serving and top with cocoa nibs, extra peanut butter drizzle, chocolate chips, or banana slices.
