Ingredients
  

  • 1 serving (approx. 40g) vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup quick oats or rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup non-dairy milk
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt (optional)
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda (optional)

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a container and stir vigorously to combine.
  2. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.

Notes

This recipe is intentionally thick and doughy — for a looser texture, add extra milk before serving. Sea salt and baking soda are optional but help mimic true cookie dough flavor. Works best with pea protein; avoid whey. Store refrigerated for up to 2 days.
