- Spray a 7-quart crock pot with non-stick spray. Place potatoes and carrots on the bottom. Lay chicken breasts on top. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, dry ranch mix, and milk until smooth. Pour evenly over chicken.
- Cover with lid and cook on HIGH for 5–6 hours or on LOW for 8–9 hours. Do not remove the lid during cook time.
- Top each serving with chopped parsley, if desired, and enjoy.
Notes
For best results, avoid lifting the lid during cooking. Use fresh herbs like parsley for garnish to add brightness before serving.
