  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp butter, softened
  • 1 cup dry devil's food cake mix (unprepared)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 Tbsp milk (more as needed)
  • sprinkles, optional for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and lump-free, about 1–2 minutes.
