- Add the dry devil’s food cake mix and powdered sugar. Mix until crumbly and fully incorporated.
- Pour in the milk and mix until the dip becomes smooth and creamy. Add more milk as needed to reach desired dipping consistency.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with sprinkles if desired. Serve with fruit, cookies, pretzels, or pie crust dippers.
