Ingredients

  • 6 hot dogs
  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 12 candy eyes (optional)

Equipment

  • Baking Sheet
  • Knife
  • Oven

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and press the perforations to seal together.
  3. Cut the dough into 1/4-inch strips.
  4. Wrap the strips around each hot dog to create mummy 'bandages,' leaving small gaps to resemble peeking faces.
  5. Place wrapped hot dogs on a baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, until golden brown and hot dogs are heated through.
  6. Remove from the oven and attach candy eyes with a dab of ketchup or mustard.

Notes

If you don’t have candy eyes, use small dots of ketchup or mustard to make eyes. Serve with dipping sauces like ketchup, mustard, or cheese sauce for extra fun!
