Method
- Line a 10×15-inch baking pan with wax paper. Set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Spread melted chocolate evenly over wax paper, leaving a small border. Refrigerate until set, about 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix peanut butter, confectioners’ sugar, and butter with a hand mixer until smooth. Spread evenly over the chilled chocolate layer. Refrigerate 5–10 minutes until set.
- Melt remaining 2 cups of chocolate chips in 20-second increments, stirring until smooth. Spread evenly over peanut butter layer.
- While chocolate is soft, sprinkle Reese’s Pieces on top, pressing gently to stick. Refrigerate until fully set, about 10 minutes.
- Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Freeze for longer storage (up to 2 months). Great for holiday gifting or party trays. Break into large or small pieces depending on your preference!
