Ingredients
  

  • 3 1/2 cups (637 g) milk chocolate chips, divided
  • 1 cup (258 g) creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup (125 g) confectioners' sugar
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup (188 g) Reese’s Pieces candy

  • 10×15-inch baking pan
  • Wax paper
  • Microwave-safe bowls
  • Hand mixer
  • Rubber spatula

Method
 

  1. Line a 10×15-inch baking pan with wax paper. Set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Spread melted chocolate evenly over wax paper, leaving a small border. Refrigerate until set, about 10 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, mix peanut butter, confectioners’ sugar, and butter with a hand mixer until smooth. Spread evenly over the chilled chocolate layer. Refrigerate 5–10 minutes until set.
  5. Melt remaining 2 cups of chocolate chips in 20-second increments, stirring until smooth. Spread evenly over peanut butter layer.
  6. While chocolate is soft, sprinkle Reese’s Pieces on top, pressing gently to stick. Refrigerate until fully set, about 10 minutes.
  7. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Freeze for longer storage (up to 2 months). Great for holiday gifting or party trays. Break into large or small pieces depending on your preference!
