- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth, stirring to deglaze the pan. Let it simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet and spoon the garlic butter sauce over the top. Simmer for another 2–3 minutes."
- Garnish with chopped parsley (optional) and serve warm.
Notes
To add more flavor, marinate the chicken in garlic and olive oil for 30 minutes beforehand.
