Garlic Butter Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 5 Garlic cloves minced
  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp Parsley chopped, optional

Method
 

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken broth, stirring to deglaze the pan. Let it simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon the garlic butter sauce over the top. Simmer for another 2–3 minutes."
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley (optional) and serve warm.

Notes

To add more flavor, marinate the chicken in garlic and olive oil for 30 minutes beforehand.
