Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Flaky biscuits stuffed with a cheesy garlic beef mixture, then baked until golden brown. These cheeseburger bombs make the perfect appetizer, snack, or party bite!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Brown the ground beef with garlic in a skillet, then drain fat.
  2. Stir Parmesan and cheddar cheese into the beef mixture.
  3. Flatten each biscuit, add filling, fold and seal edges completely.
  4. Place on a lined baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and bake 12–15 minutes until golden.
  5. Cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.

Notes
