Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz bag baby carrots
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced into 2-3 inch pieces
  • 0.25 cup black olives
  • dill dip, ranch, bleu cheese, tzatziki or hummus (for serving)

Equipment

  • Large serving platter
  • Small bowls for dip
  • Paring knife
  • Paper towels

Method
 

  1. Layer cucumber slices in the bottom center of a large oval or circular platter to create a smile. Fill the space around the cucumber with baby carrots.
  2. Place two small bowls for the dips in the top center of the platter to form eyes. Arrange celery vertically at the top for the stem, and add olives in the center below the bowls to make the nose.
  3. Fill the dip bowls with your choice of dressing or hummus. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Dips: Try a Greek yogurt dill dip, ranch, bleu cheese, tzatziki, or hummus — all pair perfectly.
Tip: Assemble just before serving for the freshest look and crunch.
