- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, carrots, and ground beef. Cook 7–8 minutes, breaking up meat, until fully cooked.
- Add chili paste, coconut aminos, Sriracha, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and water chestnuts. Stir to combine.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, then stir in diced green onions.
- Serve beef mixture in butter lettuce leaves and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Use lean ground beef for best flavor and texture. For a spicier version, add extra Sriracha or chili paste. Keep lettuce leaves separate until serving to prevent sogginess.
