Ingredients
  

  • 1⅔ cups (393 ml) Jameson Irish whiskey
  • 1 cup (238 ml) half & half or heavy cream
  • 14 oz (397 ml) canned sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Glass bottle or airtight container

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree on high speed for 30 seconds.
  2. Transfer mixture to an airtight container or glass bottle with a tight-fitting lid. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
  3. Shake well before using. Serve over ice or stir into coffee.
