Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb frozen meatballs (homemade or store-bought, cooked)
  • 8 oz uncooked spaghetti
  • 24 oz pasta sauce
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp basil, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Arrange the meatballs in the Instant Pot in one layer. Break the spaghetti in half and place it over the meatballs.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the spaghetti. Pour in pasta sauce and water, ensuring the spaghetti is fully covered.
  3. Cover and set the Instant Pot to High pressure for 10 minutes. When done, quick release the pressure and open the lid carefully.
  4. Stir pasta and meatballs together until evenly coated in sauce. Top with Parmesan cheese and garnish with basil before serving.

Notes

Total time includes the time it takes for the Instant Pot to come to pressure. Use homemade or store-bought frozen meatballs for convenience. For added richness, stir in a tablespoon of butter or cream after cooking.
