  • 2 tsp chia seeds (6g)
  • 1 tsp matcha powder (3g)
  • 2 Tbsp packed light brown sugar (20g)
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt (70g)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen berries (125g)
  • 2/3 cup milk of your choice (160g)
  • Optional toppings: fresh berries, granola, drizzle of honey

Equipment

  • Mason jar or sealable container for storing overnight oats
  • Spoon for stirring ingredients together

Method

  1. Add oats, chia seeds, matcha powder, brown sugar, yogurt, berries, and milk into a mason jar or bowl.
  2. Stir well to mix ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  3. When ready to eat, stir again. Add a splash of milk or water if desired for a thinner texture.
  4. Top with fresh berries, granola, or a drizzle of honey and enjoy cold.

Notes

Store in the fridge for up to 4 days. Add a splash of milk before serving if you prefer thinner oats. Double or triple the recipe for meal prep. Top with extra berries, granola, or a drizzle of honey for the best flavor!
