- Separate the Oreo cookies and remove the filling. Carefully break each cookie half in two to create the bat wings.
- Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Unwrap the mini peanut butter cups. Use a small amount of melted chocolate as 'glue' to attach one Oreo half to each side of the peanut butter cup, at an angle, to form wings.
- Use another dab of melted chocolate to attach candy eyes to the center of the peanut butter cup above the wings.
- Let the chocolate set for a few minutes at room temperature (or refrigerate briefly). Serve and enjoy your spooky Oreo bats!
Notes
Pro Tip: Use double-stuffed Oreos so they separate cleanly without breaking! You can also use candy melts instead of chocolate chips for a smoother, quicker 'glue.'
