Ingredients

Smoothie Bowl Base

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt optional, for creaminess
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 dash cinnamon

Toppings

  • Fresh blueberries
  • Sliced banana
  • Granola
  • Coconut flakes
  • Peanut butter powder paste drizzle on top

Instructions

  • Add frozen banana, blueberries, peanut butter powder, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and cinnamon to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and thick. Add more milk for a thinner consistency, if needed.
  • Pour into a bowl. Add toppings such as blueberries, banana slices, granola, coconut flakes, and a drizzle of peanut butter powder paste.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

For a dessert-style bowl, top with dark chocolate chips or swirl in a bit of maple syrup.
