- Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Blanch the spinach for 30 seconds and transfer it immediately to ice water. Once cooled, squeeze the spinach dry with a clean kitchen towel.
- Crumble the feta and set aside. Add the feta, spinach, and minced garlic to a food processor. Pulse 5–7 times until finely chopped.
- Add Greek yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and red pepper flakes. Process until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Garnish with a red pepper heart or pomegranate seeds for a festive touch.
