- Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a large sheet pan and add sausage, sweet potatoes, and broccoli.
- In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute until fragrant. Add honey, soy sauce, and vinegar, then bring to a simmer. Cook 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Drizzle sauce over sausage and vegetables, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat. Spread into a single layer on the sheet pan.
- Roast at 400°F for 25-30 minutes, until sweet potatoes are tender and sausage is lightly browned.
- Top with fresh parsley and serve warm.
