Method
- Using a sharp knife, cut a small indent in each mozzarella ball and set aside.
- Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes and kalamata olives to create small pieces to fit into the indents, forming ‘eyeballs.’
- Slice the meats into 1/4 to 1/2 inch strips. Wrap mozzarella balls with meat slices.
- Skewer wrapped mozzarella balls on toothpicks and garnish with a tomato, olive, or caper ‘eyeball.’
- Chill before serving on your Halloween charcuterie board.
