- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and brown sugar together until completely smooth and creamy.
- Add the marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined and glossy.
- Using a spatula, gently fold in the whipped topping until no white streaks remain.
- Fold in half of the mini chocolate chips and half of the Valentine’s sprinkles.
- Transfer dip to a serving bowl and top with remaining chocolate chips and sprinkles. Chill for 30 minutes if desired, then serve.
