Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 7 oz marshmallow fluff
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Valentine’s sprinkles

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and brown sugar together until completely smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined and glossy.
  3. Using a spatula, gently fold in the whipped topping until no white streaks remain.
  4. Fold in half of the mini chocolate chips and half of the Valentine’s sprinkles.
  5. Transfer dip to a serving bowl and top with remaining chocolate chips and sprinkles. Chill for 30 minutes if desired, then serve.

Notes

For the smoothest texture, make sure the cream cheese is fully softened before mixing. Chill for 30 minutes for best flavor and thickness.
