- Chill your margarita glass in the freezer for at least 5 minutes.
- Wash, hull, and quarter the strawberries if fresh; thaw slightly if frozen.
- Run a lime wedge around the rim and dip in salt, sugar, or tajin if desired.
- Add strawberries, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and sweetener to a blender.
- Add ice (only if using fresh strawberries).
- Blend until smooth and slushy, about 30–45 seconds.
- Adjust with water or juice if too thick, or more ice if too thin.
- Pour into chilled glass and garnish with strawberry and lime. Serve immediately.
Notes
Make a pitcher by multiplying ingredients. Add ice just before serving. Try flavor variations like strawberry-basil or spicy jalapeño. Use frozen berries for extra chill and less dilution.
